connects the three new buildings on the lower level
entrances and shared programs on lower level
generates venues - on both sides of building B - and activates the entire lower level
it allows public programs at the 1st floor to activate Sognsveien in favour for the whole neighborhood
and allows a mix with the rich student life of Kringsjå
