Gimle Student Housing
"Hel ved" is a proposal for three student housing buildings located on a wooded hill at the heart of the existing student campus at Gimlemoen in Kristiansand. The project aims to minimise its footprint while creating a living environment that accommodates both individual needs and shared experiences through a variety of indoor and outdoor meeting spaces. The proposal establishes a clear relationship with the surrounding forest and takes an environmentally conscious approach to the landscape, construction method, and choice of materials, giving the project a distinct identity rooted in its setting.
